Feeling unsafe at home? Like you are being watched? Seeing things out of the corner of your eye or in the mirror? Frequent Sleep Paralysis? Children’s behaviour changing? Strange noises?
Living in a home that is haunted can be very stressful, especially if you have children. It is always a good idea to nip it in the bud rather than let it develop over time and evolve into something potentially debilitating. They tend to start quite subtly before reaching a crescendo so please don’t discount individuals experiences within the home, they might simply be more sensitive or the target. They often use ‘divide and conquer’ tactics.
Haunting’s can range from Residual (just the replaying of events) to a spirit who is lost to a malevolent entity with it’s sights set on a particular outcome. You will often find that a location may start with one type of haunting but then as time passes and the paranormal energy in the home builds, other spirits are attracted to it.
Attempting to talk to the spirit/s via an Ouija Board, Tarot Cards or Pendulum is generally a bad idea. As soon as you open lines of communication, it will be taken as a green light for wanting interaction. And not just when you decide.
Close it down. For good.
Silver does this work remotely with her Allies as it is easier to deal with the Spirits in their world rather than ours. She is able to deal with the various types of haunting’s and the kind of solution necessary.
Throwing some Sage around (which only invites in the good, it does not get rid of the bad) only does so much. This might get rid of the residual if you are lucky but it’s more for energy pockets rather than anything with a consciousness. Sage (which I do not advise or use personally) would better serve it’s purpose after the haunting has been resolved.
